really, Amanda from Ames, I believe that you must have been taught enough to attempt this problem yourself.
As always, draw said rectangle. Label its width W and then label its Length W + 48. There are two 'widths' and two 'Lengths' in the rectangle.
Using the definition of perimeter, add up its four sides and combine like terms. Then you have the answer!
