3 people would share 3 times that or 37.5%

 

If you mean only 6 get inheritence the each person would receive 1/6(100%)

 

and 3 people would share 3 times that or 50%

 

we increase from 1/8 to 1/6

 

The difference is 1/24

 

1/24 = R(1/8)

 

(1/24)/(1/8) = R

 

1/3 = R = 33.3%

 

Each person's share increased 33.3%
