Divide both sides by 7/11. After that, the only thing left of the left side will be the x. When you divide 4/11 by 7/11, you are going to flip the 7/11 to 11/7 and multiply it by 4/11 (as dividing by a fraction is the same as multiplying by its reciprocal).
x=(4/11)/(7/11)
flip the 7/11 and multiply by its reciprocal
x=(4/11)*(11/7)
consolidate
x=(4*11)/(11*7)
multiply
