You have an equation of a line in slope intercept form
of y=mx+b. m is the slope so for y = 5x +1, m=5
Parallel lines have the same slope. Thus, you are looking
for the equation of a line with slope m = 5 through (2,6)
Use the point slope formula: y-y1 = m(x-x1)
where m=5, and (x1,y1) = (2,6)
y-6 = 5(x-2)
y-6 = 5x-10
y = 5x - 4
