If I can make 12 desserts in 5 minutes has NO Necessary Connection with the rate at which YOU can make desserts.
Two different people are involved according to the English that was used. So actually there's no definitive answer UNLESS YOU MAKE THE ASSUMPTION THAT THE TWO DISTINCT INDIVIDUALS IN THIS SCENARIO WORK AT EQUAL RATES. (In Mathematics, we're NOT supposed to make unsupported assumptions.)
