f(x) = a(x - h)2 + k
f(x) = a(x + 3)2 + 7
5 = a(2 + 3)2 + 7
5 = 25a + 7
-2 = 25a
-2/25 = a
f(x) = (-2/25)(x + 3)2 + 7
