What is an object that has a low surface area to volume ratio, and explain why it has such a ratio?

I'm having a hard time trying to think of an example other than a sphere.

I am also wondering what could be another object that has a high surface area to volume ratio, and why it has such a ratio?

Plant leaves have a very high surface area to volume ratio (long and thin shape) to maximize photosynthesis.
