Suppose Four consecutive nos are x, x+1, x+2, x+3

 

Sum of 4 consecutive nos = x+x+1+x+2+x+3 = 28

 

                                         4x+6=28

                                         4x= 22

                                           x=22/4= 5.5

 

4 consecutive nos are, 5.5,6.5,7.5,8.5.
