Why is this one sided limit positive infinity?

lim as x tends to -2⁺ (2x+3)/(x^2+x-2) . I chose numbers close to -2 from the right but I got negative infinity, I picked -1. On wolfram, its saying the answer is positive infinity but I dont understand why

You do the same as the last question I answered for you.  Only this time, the graph of the function is approaching x=-2 from the right.

 

Since your function is the same as the last similar question, your vertical asymptotes will be  x=-2 and x=1.

 

All you have to do is evaluate the function at  x=0 , x=-1 , x=-1.25 , x=-1.50, and x=-1.75  in this order.  What happens to the function values in this order of x values?  Do they increase or decrease?

-1 is not small enough because 2x+3 changes sign at -1.5. Pick numbers less than -1.5 and bigger than -2 and you'll see why.
