f(x) = x -4/sqrx or (x-4)/sqrx ???? it makes a difference
latter = x/sqrx -4/sqrx = sqrx - 4/sqrx
both have y axis as a vertical asymptote
both in quadrants 1 and 4
former has an oblique asymptote y=x in quadrant 1
