If f(x) = 3/x+2-vx-3

what would f(7) equal to when all x's are replaced by 7 Yeah need help since I do not know the answer :(

Could you check this expression of f(x)?  I do not understand what -vx means for?

It appears that you have a square root in your expression, and there is also division. Properly parenthesizing this will make it possible for we tutors to know what exactly you're dealing with. you need to appreciate that, in typing just on one line for a function that has a numerator, then a horizontal line signifying division, and then something else beneath that division line, only by correct grouping symbols (parentheses) can you convey to us what the function looks like.
 
Otherwise: hopeless!
