OK ... so my eyes deceived me ... I worked this as a ratio of "15:2 to 13:44" ... but the colons should have been deciimals. So my answer is wrong .... but, for training purposes, I will leave this solution so students can look at and learn a few things.
15:2 = 15/2 (fraction)
13:44 = 13/44 (fraction)
Expressing the given ratio as a fraction
15/2

13/44
= 15/2 • 44/13
= (15 • 44)/(2 • 13)
= 660/26
= 330/13
So the ratio is 330/13
