How to find rise run and solve m (0,-4)(5,0)

I don't understand rise run  or y2-y1 x2-x1
-4-0/-0-5 we got -4/-5

2 points  ( 1, 2 ) with coordinates of ( X1 , Y1) = ( 0,- 4)     ( X2 , Y2 ) = ( 5,0)
 
    Then m = (Y2 - Y1 ) / ( X2 - X1) = ( 0- (-4)) / (5- 0 ) = 4/5        l
                                                                                                 l
     You can see on graph  that from ( 0, -4)  to (5,0)                      l             (5,0)    
                                                                                                 l
                                                                                                 l(0.-4
           You see that come up 4 units up ( rise),
            5 unit to the right ( Run)                                                                                      l
