What is f(3) if f(x)=-4(x-6)+15

For this question, you just substitute the value inside the parenthesis by the "f" for x. So in this case, work should go as follow:
 
f(x) = -4(x-6) + 15
f(3) = -4(3-6) + 15
f(3) = -4(-3) + 15
f(3) = 12 + 15
f(3) = 27
