I buy 1" ips valve feom suplly house and i return 29. What %  is returned     I buy 50 eletric w . H. Feom the supply  house at $ 400.00 each i only use 35 of them if is there is 15%   Restocking fee  how much money could i expect back when my return the remaining valves
