m = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)
You told me to use (9, -2) as (x1, y1). So m is
[2 - (-2)] / (10 - 9) = 4
Now we have m, x1, and y1. So the point-slope form is
y + 2 = 4(x - 9)
