I love math, and I love to teach it.
Hello, Ari,
Remember two equations, y=k/x and x*y=k "k" is a constant.
1. First find the constant number through substitution. x*y=k x=4 and y=6
(4)(6)=k=24
2. Next, substitute your value for "k." Leave "x" and "y" as variables in the equation: y= k/x .
I will let you finish your problem. If I have helped you, please give me a thumbs up.
