What is the process of motivation in education ?

This isn't the right place a full treatment of your question.  I recommend researching Maslow's Motivation Theory, related to his Hierarchy of Needs.  There are other theories regarding motivation, but Maslow's understanding of needs has always made sense to me.  I hope that helps.
