Good morning. Thanks for the extra info.
 
As I recall, this situation would be covered by the equation 4a(x-h) = (y - k)2 and V(h,k) = (2,2) is given.
The value a is the distance from vertex to directrix, or also from vertex to focus.  So a = 2.
 
Therefore 8(x-2) = (y-2)2 ought to do it.
