In the original solution there is 27.0 mL (1 L / 1000 mL) (3.5 moles / L) = 0.0945 moles.
There are 0.0945 moles in the diluted solution, too. Only water was added.
286.4 mL (1 L / 1000 mL) = 0.2864 L
0.0945 moles / 0.2864 mL = 0.330 M
