a. An Ace is not a picture card (that's only K, Q ,J). Well, anyway, shall I presume that the pack in this question has exactly 16 cards (4 each of A, K, Q, J)? If so, P(ace) = 4/16 = 1/4
b. What an awkwardly worded question; should be "what's prob. of rolling a 4 on 1 toss of a standard die". 1/6 is answer.
c. 6/16 = 3/8. This is a Binomial Distribution problem.
