When you divide a similar term with an exponent you simply need to subtract the exponents.
This is how it would look written out.
t*t*t*t*t/t*t*t*t*t*t if you cross out the same number of (t)s from the top and bottom because anything over itself equals 1 in a fraction you are left with 1/t
Next you need to multiply 1/t to itself 8 times.
