Hello, Danlel,
This sum has four addends. the first addend is 0!/t^2, the second addend is 1!/t^2 the third addend is 2!/t^2 and the fourth addend is 3!/t^2. 0!=1, so the sum of these addends is 1/t^2+1/t^2+2/t^2+6/t^2=10/t^2.
