Answer must equal 24

Using these numbers my answer has to equal 24. Need to add, subtract , divide, or multiply with the numbers 1,4,5,12 but the answer must be 24. Must use all four numbers and can only use each number once.

[1+1]*12

If you can use one more than once, 12 + 12 = 24.

 

You could also add 5 and 1 and then multiply by 4: (5+ 1)x4 = 6x4 = 24
