How would i write v(s)=?x^2-71xr-4rs-svx in slope-intercept form?

What is the slope and y-intercept?
v(s)=∏x^2-71xr-4rs-s√x

Since the function (with some unusual notation) is of the second degree it is not linear and therefore does not have a consistent slope. It cannot be written in slope-intercept form.
