6y = 12x - 18
Divide 6 on both sides and you get y = 2x - 3, where m = 2 and b = -3.
4x + 3y = 12
Subtract 4x on both sides and you get 3y = -4x + 12
Divide 3 on both sides and you get y = (-4/3)x + 4. So m = -4/3 and b = 4.
