Here are where your trigonometric identities come into play:
tan (x)=sin (x)/cos(x)
csc (x)=1/sin (x)
Now, just substitute these into the original problem.
(sin (x)/cos(x))*(1/sin (x))
The sin (x) cancel out and you are left with:
1/cos (x)
Which translates into (using trig. Identitites):
sec (x)
