Here is how it is worked out:

 

3a divided by b = 3a/b

 

(3*2/5) divided by 3/10

 

3 (= 3/1) * 2/5 = 6/5 (multiple numerators and denominators.  3 * 2 = 6;   1 * 5 = 5.

 

6/5 divided by 3/10.    so in order to divide two fractions:
