How would you find the odds of rolling a 4 with 3 dice?

I know I should use permutations to do 6P3 to get 120 ways to roll 3 dice
So I think I'm supposed to find out how many different ways you'll get a 4 with 3 dice but I'm not sure...

Are you asking for exactly one four or at least one four?

They do not need to add up to four, a four just needs to be one of values of the dice
