If 1 game is chosen randomly from 82 games the chances of wining in that game should be [1/2]*[1/81]

But the information table gives that out of 82 games Lakers have already won 21, thus chances of wining has been limited to [21/82]

hence 1 game chosen from 82 total games to be a winning game should belong to 21 winning games which mathematically translates into [1/82]*[21/82]=21/6724≈0.003
