This looks like you needed to write an equation for the line of best fit, because this is not a line.

Since this is not exactly a line, I assume you want to do a linear curve fit.
With TI-84's STAT function, I got the equation of the curve fit line is
y = 2.068x + 1.182

I can easily understand the rule for the x values, but not y.
For what class is this, geometry, calculus or something else?
