Probability question

Is this similar to asking what is the probability of guessing someone's birthday.  Analogy: What is the probability of guessing the correct date out of 365 dates, 1/365? If I wanted to prove that someone was not sleeping at a specific residence, and randomly picked one date out of 365 days (a year)  to visit that residence and found the person not sleeping there the odds are 1/365 that the person is in fact, sleeping there  (Is this the same as the birthday question?)

Thanks again!!!!

Probability is the number of successful outcomes divided by the number of total outcomes. To determine the probability of someone being in a particular place (success) the number of all other places (total) must be given. In how many other places could this person be sleeping?
