The equation to solve for the wind chill temperature or wind chill index is
WCI = (10 √V - V + 10.5) x (33 - T), where V is the wind velocity in meters/second and T is the temperature in Celsius.
The units for WCI is kcal/m2/h.
Solving for WCI, the equation will become ~
WCI = (10 √20 - 20 + 10.5) x (33 - 10)
I hope this helps.
