The lawyer was deceptively honest with his clients. is this sentence an oxymoron?

An oxymoron puts together words or ideas that seem to contradict each other.  For example:  Ground pilot.  The terms seem almost opposite since we think of a pilot as being off the ground.

 

In this sentence we describe the lawyer as "deceptively honest." These terms seem contradictory but make type of sense in this context.
