We need to convert the mixed number into an improper fraction.
Multiply the whole number by the denominator, then add the numerator to the result. This is your numerator for the fraction. Keep the denominator.
4 1/8 = 33/8
Now we can divide.
(33 / 8) / (198 / 7)
Multiply by the reciprocal of the second fraction.
(33 / 8) * (7 / 198)
So the LCD is not really needed here. I leave multiplying the fractions to you.
