How do I solve 2/3x = 17/16

I have several problem of this type where there are fractions with unknown values. I do not know where to begin.

(2/3)x = 17/16        Multiply both sides by the reciprocal, 3/2

(3/2)(2/3)x = (3/2)(17/16)

x = (3 · 17) / (2 · 16)

x = 51 / 32
