Applying SImple Math to Everyday Life Activities
1) Divide the first term of the dividend by the first term in the divisor.
2) Place the quotient on the top bar above the second term of the dividend.
3) Multiply that quotient by the divisor.
4) Subtract the product from the dividend.
5) Bring down the next term of the dividend that was not yet used.
6) Repeat the process.
