Write the following in the terms of log 5 log 3 and/or log 2

1) log 5/12
write the log equations for each then solve using logs 
2) x=5th square root (72.43)*3rd square root (.00035)^2 divided by the 6th square root (5.84)
3)2.35^x=342.7

3. There are two ways to do this. 1) rewrite the equation as a log with base 2.35 of 342.7 is equal to x. 2) take the common log or the natural log of both sides: log 2.35^x=log342.7 x=(log342.7)/(log2.25) Or do the name with ln Either way, x=6.83140299165
