m = (y1 - y2)/(x1 - x2)
m = (2 - 1)/(4 - 3) = 1/1
m = 1
Then use the equation
y -y1 = m(x - x1)
y - 2 = x - 4
y = x - 2
Check your answer by plugging in your second point and seeing if the expression is true.
