Each single flip has 2 possible outcomes (h or t).  After 6 flips there are 2⁶ = 64 possible sequences.  If you are trying to get 1 one of those particular sequences then that probability is 1/64 = 0.015625.  The coin has no memory so it doesn't matter if the particular sequence you are trying to get is the same one you got before or a new one like hhhhhh or tttttt.
