g(x)=x^3+3x^2-x-3

g(x)=(x^3+3x^2)-(x+3)

g(x)=x^2(x+3)-1(x+3)

g(x)=(x^2-1)(x+3)

g(x)=(x-1)(x+1)(x+3)

x-1=0

x=1

x+1=0

x=-1

x+3=0

x=-3
