An exponential function has the form
y = a*bx
If the function goes thru (0,4) then
4 = a*b0 = a ==> a = 4
If the function goes thru (2,100) then
100 = 4*b2 ==> b2 = 25 ==> b = +5 since the base of an exponential function cannot be negative
So y = 4*5x
