Completely stumped if anyone can explain that would be awesome.

Adam has coconut milk. the coconut milk is in a can but he doesn't know how much the can holds. The can is 12cm high and the diameter is 8cm using the formula V=.π r ²h, work out how much coconut milk is in the can. Use 3 as a value for pie

Couple of extra thoughts:
 
* If you use pi = 3.14, your answer will be 602.88 (see Andrew's note.)
* when dealing with liquids, turn cm3 to milliliters.
