You only have three chances to grab that gold-infused bean. What is the probability of pulling it out on the third draw, assuming you eat each piece as soon as you take it out?

If you remove 2 pieces which are NOT the "gold", then you are left with 12 pieces.

 

The probability of picking 1 out of 12 is 1/12 = 0.08333
