Question: What were the populations of PA in 2000 and 2003?   Answers: 2000: 2,430,000    2003: 2,408,950   Can someone please list/explain the steps to solving this problem?  

The perimeter of rectangle is 72 cm. The length is 6 more than half the width. Find the length, width, and area.

We have been working on substitution and elimination so I believe we would have to use one of these methods.
