Since everything is a singular product (it's all multiplied together) you can write it out like this:
x(y2/2)*(6x/x2) = x*y2*(1/2)*6*x*(1/x2)
Now group your like terms
6*1/2 = 3
x*x*1/x2 = x2/x2 = 1
y2 has no other terms so it simplifies to
3*1*y2 = 3y2
