Integrate 4/(1+x^2) dx on an integral of 0 to -1

Need help figuring this out.

int (1/(1+u^2) du = arc tan u + c 

Therefore int (4/(1+x^2) dx = 4(arc tan x) evaluated from x = -1 to 0.
