Morgen frueh means "tomorrow morning." Heute frueh means "this morning." Morgens means "in the morning" or "mornings." That same construction also works for Abends and Nachmittags. You can get even more specific and say something like "Samstagmorgens essen wir Broetchen zum Fruehstuck." Saturday mornings we eat kaiser rolls for breakfast. As opposed to saying just Morgens, which means every morning. So you could say something like, "Morgen frueh gibt's Broetchen mit Nutella, denn Morgen ist Samstag, und Samstagmorgens essen wir Broetchen, obwohl in der Woche essen wir Morgens normalerweise Schwartzbrot mit Butter und Kaese."
Note that the English word tomorrow is a combination of to and morrow, and morrow is the modern English of the old English "morgen" which is spelled and pronounced the same as in modern German. Morn and morning are also derived from morgen.
Fun fact, the Germans do typically only eat Broetchen on weekends and special occasions because it's white bread and considered unhealthy for daily consumption.
