Determine whether each ordered pair is a solution to the inequality −7x−6y>−3.

-7x - 6y > -3
-6y > 7x - 3
y < (-7/6)x + (1/2)
The solution set is the set of all points that lie below the line with equation y = (-7/6)x + (1/2).
You don't include any of the ordered pairs, but plug in what you do have.
For example, (2,3).
-7(2) - 6(3) > -3
-14 - 18 > -3
-32 > - 3
-29 > 0
Well, that's not true at all, so (2,3) is not a solution.
