You can easily use Desmos to graph the function, unless you're looking for something more specific

Not really sure what you mean. Just go to desmos.com and plug in the function. You now have your graph.

If you put Desmos into degree mode by using the wrench icon in the upper right-hand corner, you might have to take some steps to bring the graph into focus. One way is to create a table for the function, then click the zoom fit icon (+) at bottom of the table. Another way is to use the wrench icon (settings) to change the domain and range values (intervals on x and y axis). Try changing x from -360 to 360 and y from -5 to 5. See what all that means here: desmos.com/calculator/fp3q4qqwbu The upper right hand corner also contains a link to a Desmos user guide.

This version of the graph shows the graph of y = sin(x) (parent function) and the graph of the midline of the given function (y=2): desmos.com/calculator/acytwwyg5r You can visit these Desmos graphs by selecting the URL, right-clicking, and choosing go to... from the drop-down menu that appears.

Since you are not yet familiar with desmos and the default there is in Radians but your question in degrees you can express 30 degrees as pi/6 use the symbol for pi the symbol is available on the keyboard if you can’t see it click the keyboard icon that come up with Desmos.com. Did you try y=2sin(x + pi/6) +2?
